Refund Policy

Last updated: May 2026

Before you buy

If your intention is not to study the content in good faith, but to access the material and then request a refund, please refrain from purchasing. All activity inside the campus is logged and rigorously reviewed before any refund is approved.

1. Products covered

This policy applies to courses, workshops, training programs, indicators and digital books purchased through tradingwyckoff.com or its official payment links.

2. Time frame and general conditions

You have 14 calendar days from the purchase date to request a refund, provided that the conditions set out below are met. Requests submitted after that period will not be accepted.

Pursuant to article 103.m of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium is excluded from the right of withdrawal once performance has begun with the consumer's prior consent. By starting to access the campus you expressly accept this point, without prejudice to the voluntary policy described below.

3. Requirements for a refund to be approved

For your request to be approved, all of the following must be met:

  • The request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the purchase.
  • Actual content viewing (measured by the effective playback time recorded by our video platform) does not exceed 20% of the purchased product. When the purchase includes several courses, workshops or modules (for example, the Expert Program or other bundles), this threshold applies individually to each of them: exceeding 20% viewing on any of the included courses or workshops invalidates the refund for the entire product.
  • No downloadable resources (PDFs, spreadsheets, templates) have been downloaded or attempted to be downloaded.
  • No suspicious activity has been detected during your access (see section 5).
  • The request is sent in writing to info@rubenvillahermosa.com indicating the purchase email, product and reason.

4. Non-refundable products

  • Private Room subscriptions already started (you can cancel them at any time, but the current billing period is not refunded).
  • Live events, live workshops and community meetings already held to which the student had access.
  • Purchases made with discount coupons greater than 50%, except where otherwise legally required.
  • Physical books shipped through third parties (Amazon or other platforms), which follow the seller's own policy.
  • Products whose request is made outside the 14-day window.

5. Detection of suspicious activity

All activity inside the training campus is technically logged and reviewed before any refund is approved. The following list is not exhaustive and includes, among others, indicators that may lead to the rejection of a refund request:

  • Massive opening of lessons over a short period without real playback, especially when all or nearly all the lessons of a course are accessed within a few hours.
  • Manipulation of the player's progress bar by jumping to the end of the video without actual playback of the content.
  • Opening of the browser's developer tools (DevTools) or use of shortcuts associated with inspecting the page, viewing source code or saving the full page.
  • Attempts to access, copy or extract the internal URLs of the video player.
  • Use of video downloading software or browser extensions (including, among others, yt-dlp, ffmpeg, VidJuice, Video DownloadHelper or similar) on the campus content.
  • Simultaneous access from multiple IP addresses or devices in a short window when this is incompatible with legitimate individual use.
  • Repeated downloading of course resources (PDFs, spreadsheets, templates) within a few sessions.
  • Refund requests submitted immediately after downloading materials or after intensive consumption of the content.
  • Any other usage pattern that, in the reasonable judgment of the controller, evidences a use of the service incompatible with good faith.

When suspicious activity is detected, the refund request will be rejected and the technical log will be retained as documentary evidence.

6. Processing time

Once the request is approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase within a maximum of 14 business days. Access to the product will be disabled at the time the refund is approved.

7. Intellectual property

All content in the campus (videos, materials, indicators, templates, documentation) is protected by intellectual property rights. Downloading, copying, redistributing or using the content outside the campus is expressly forbidden and may give rise to the corresponding legal actions, regardless of any refund of the purchase.

8. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legal changes or new industry practices. The version in force at the time of purchase will be the one applicable to your request.

9. Contact

For any request or query about this policy, please write to info@rubenvillahermosa.com.

A personal note

This policy exists for one concrete reason: some people pay only the first installment of a training, quickly download or consume the material and then ask for a refund. It's a practice we actively pursue, because it undermines the serious work that goes into every course.

But if your purchase is legitimate and made in good faith, you have my word that you will have no issue with your refund, even if some of the technical conditions listed here are not met to the letter. In those cases just write to me and we'll sort it out as people. This policy is here to stop abuse, not to make life difficult for anyone acting honestly.
